Firedrake Dragon Art Print, Bonfire Night Folk Horror, Woodcut Style (A4 Giclée)

FORGET THE BONFIRE. FEAR THE FIREDRAKE.

In old English lore the firedrake was a fire-breathing dragon that streaked across the night sky like a blazing rocket - so much so that 'firedrake' became a word for fireworks and meteors. Ours rises from the bonfire, wings spread, jaws full of flame.

This is The Firedrake from the Forget The Pumpkin Bonfire Night collection by Wispling Press - British folklore monsters in a bold woodcut style, with a single fire red accent.

A4 (210 x 297 mm) giclée fine art print on bamboo paper (90% bamboo, 10% cotton): acid-free, archival quality with warm tones. Printed with a 12-colour giclée process. Unframed.

Printed to order in the UK by our print partner and dispatched in about 3-5 working days. Each item is made just for you, which keeps waste down.
