Returns & Refunds

Every Forget The Pumpkin item is printed to order for you in the UK by our print partner, so we make each piece fresh rather than holding stock. Your statutory rights are not affected by anything below.

Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Let us know by emailing hello@forgetthepumpkin.com with your order number, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Return postage is paid by you, and we recommend a tracked service. We refund the item price and your original standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the item back, to your original payment method.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item?

If something arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer, and you won't need to pay any return postage.

Sizing

Please check the size guide on each product before ordering. If something doesn't fit, you can return it under the 14-day change-of-mind policy above.

Digital downloads

Free colouring pages and digital downloads are delivered instantly. Because you agree to immediate access, paid digital files can't be cancelled once downloaded, unless the file is faulty, in which case we'll fix it or refund you.
